Learn to code in ten minutes a day.
One lesson, one idea, zero fluff. Kodo teaches you to program for real — even if you have never written a line of code, and even if you have no time.

01 — The method
Plenty of apps make you tick boxes and call it learning to code. Kodo is built around the opposite.
-
01
Ten minutes, really
A session fits in a subway ride. No three-hour chapter you put off until tomorrow, then forever.
-
02
You write code, not checkboxes
A topic starts with multiple choice, then the options disappear. By the end, you type the line yourself, from memory.
-
03
Your mistakes come back
Every mistake is noted. The exercise you missed returns a few days later, until it sticks for good.
-
04
A console that answers
As soon as you answer, the console shows what the code prints. In HTML, the page is drawn from your answer, mistakes included.
-
05
Works offline
Everything lives on your phone. Your account is there to find your progress on another device, not to open the app.

06
No ads, no tracking
No ad network, no tracker, no data sold. The only thing we ask for is an email address.
The courses
Five languages to learn to code, from the very first step.
- Learn Python The simplest language to read. Perfect for starting out.
- Learn JavaScript The language of the web. The one that makes pages move.
- Learn HTML & CSS Building a web page and giving it a look.
- Learn C++ Fast and demanding. The language of games and engines.
- Learn C# The language of Unity and Windows apps.
02 — The app
A path, one lesson at a time.
No catalog to get lost in. You follow the path, and Bit waits for you at the next step.
Explained in three sentences.
The idea, the code, what to remember. Then straight to practice.
You read code line by line.
Every exercise shows what the code produces. You understand why, not just what.
Your streak shows.
A name that takes on colors, a ring around your avatar: what you earn, others see in the league.
03 — Try it
No sign-up needed to read your first line.
mot = "ko"
print(mot * 2 + "do")
What does this code print?
FAQ
What people ask us.
Can you really learn to code on a phone?
Yes, for the basics: reading code, understanding the concepts, writing short lines from memory. It is actually a great way to start, because you can always find ten minutes. For big projects, the next step will be a computer — and you will arrive with the foundations.
Which language should I start with?
Python, in most cases: it reads almost like English and it is used everywhere. JavaScript if you want to build for the web, C# if you are aiming for games with Unity, C++ for games and computer science studies.
Do I need to know how to program already?
No. Every course starts from the very first line, and every idea is explained in three sentences before the first question.
How do you learn to program from scratch?
A little every day beats a lot once. Learning to code is mostly reading examples, predicting what they print and writing small lines yourself, then reviewing what you missed. That is exactly the rhythm of Kodo: one idea at a time, ten minutes a day.
Is Kodo free?
Yes: every course is free, with no ads. An optional Pro subscription gives unlimited hearts and a few extras, but nothing you learn is locked behind it.
How much time does it take each day?
Ten minutes. A lesson fits in a subway ride, and what you miss comes back a few days later so it sticks.
Which phones does it run on?
Android first, on Google Play. Once your account is created, the app also works offline: your progress lives on your phone, and your account lets you find it on another device.
